1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy explains how Scene-Na, a travel curation service based on K-content (drama, film, and music video) filming locations (hereinafter the "Service"), collects, uses, retains, and destroys users' personal information.

The operator complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and does its utmost to protect users' personal information. This Policy applies to the entire mobile app and supplementary features provided by the Service.
2. Personal Information Collected
The Service collects the following personal information to the minimum extent necessary.

The Service does not collect identity verification information, payment information, or advertising identifiers (such as the IDFA), and it does not perform third-party advertising tracking.
3. Purpose of Use
Collected personal information is used only for the following purposes.
- Member identification and social login-based authentication
- Providing core features such as filming location exploration and search, AI course recommendations, and local festival matching
- Performing and processing GPS verification missions
- Posting and sharing user reviews and Scene Logs (UGC)
- Sending service-related notices such as push notifications
- Providing screens according to user settings (such as language)
- Error diagnosis, prevention of misuse, and improvement of service quality
The Service does not use personal information for purposes other than those above, and if the purpose changes, prior consent is obtained.
4. Retention and Destruction
- As a rule, the operator destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its use has been achieved.
- Upon withdrawal of membership: When a user requests withdrawal, member identification information and account-related information are destroyed. However, where it is necessary to maintain consistency with content written by other users, posts (UGC) written by the user may be processed by separating (de-identifying) them from the author's information.
- Retention period: Member information is not kept for a separate fixed period; it is destroyed without delay upon fulfillment of its purpose or upon account withdrawal (except for items subject to mandatory retention under applicable law).
- Exception for statutory retention obligations: Where applicable laws such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Protection of Communications Secrets Act require retention for a certain period, such information is stored separately for the period prescribed by law and then destroyed.
- Method of destruction: Electronic files are permanently deleted by a method that makes recovery or reproduction impossible, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
5. Provision to Third Parties and Entrustment of Processing
The Service does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent. However, to the extent necessary to operate the Service, it entrusts certain tasks or uses external services as follows.

The operator manages and supervises entrustees so that they do not use personal information for purposes other than performing the entrusted task. If the details of entrustment change, this will be notified through this Policy.
6. Location Information
- The Service collects location information only while the app is in use and does not collect location information in the background.
- Location information is used only to provide nearby filming location search results and to verify the location of GPS verification missions.
- Users may change or withdraw location permission at any time in their device settings, and even without granting permission, they may use the Service except for location-based features.
7. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Users (including the legal representative in the case of a child under 14) may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Access: Request to view the status of processing of one's own personal information
- Correction: Request to correct erroneous information
- Deletion: Request to delete personal information
- Withdrawal: Request to withdraw membership via the in-app withdrawal feature or the contact below
Rights may be exercised through the in-app settings feature or by requesting the Personal Information Protection Officer (admin@studiohwi.kr) in writing, by email, or by other means, and the operator will take action without delay. When a request is made through a representative, documentation confirming the delegation may be requested.

9. How Policy Changes Are Notified
If this Privacy Policy is changed, the operator will give advance notice of the changes through in-app announcements or this document. In the case of significant changes (such as the addition of collected items or a change in the purpose of use), notice will be given a reasonable period before the effective date, and separate consent will be obtained where necessary.
10. Matters Concerning Children Under 14
This Service is intended for users aged 14 and older, and sign-up by children under 14 is, in principle, not permitted. Where it is unavoidable to collect and use the personal information of a child under 14, it is processed with the consent of the legal representative.
